Most firms we follow take Bangladeshi traders: 88% of them list Bangladesh as open.

Most of these firms take Credit/Debit Card, Google Pay and Skrill for challenge fees. None takes a method specific to Bangladesh for the fee.

Method: Firms qualify unless they list Bangladesh as restricted. Our Bangladesh score reuses the global formula but rates country access by how well each firm's payment and payout options serve Bangladeshi traders. No firm with an open warning makes the picks. We quote official list prices with no promo codes and add any fee you pay after passing.

Firm popularity: Monthly Google searches for the firm's name across all countries, from Ahrefs keyword data (sub-brands carry their parent company's number). It shows the firm is known and in real use rather than a fly-by-night, but tells you nothing about its rules or payouts.

Paying and withdrawing from Bangladesh: local methods

None of these firms lists a payment method specific to Bangladesh, so traders there mostly use Credit/Debit Card, Google Pay and Skrill.

Not offered or not permitted in Bangladesh, so left out of the payment counts on this page: Apple Pay (support.apple.com), PayPal (developer.paypal.com) and Crypto (bb.org.bd).

Only methods specific to Bangladesh count here (bKash and Nagad). Global methods such as cards, crypto, e-wallets and international wires are left out of this table.

Prices on this page are in US dollars (a few firms price in euros). We hold no reliable BDT rate, so we do not convert them; your bank or card provider will apply its own rate.

Prop trading from Bangladesh: a practical buyer's guide

A trader in Dhaka can buy a challenge from 79 of the 90 prop firms we follow. FundingPips sits on top of our Bangladeshi ranking with 4.3/5. The median one-time price of a $100K forex challenge, pass fees included, comes to $569. Those numbers frame the decision without making it. What follows covers the questions that separate a good purchase from an expensive lesson. When will you trade? Which doors are closed? How does money move, and which rules can you live with?

An afternoon-to-midnight trading day

Bangladesh keeps the same clock all year, at UTC+6, while London and New York shift between summer and winter time. The effect is a trading day that starts after lunch. The London open arrives around 13:00 when Europe is on summer time and around 14:00 in winter. New York stocks open at about 19:30 or 20:30, and the overlap of the two sessions, when forex liquidity tends to peak, runs through your evening.

For many people that is good news: the busiest hours fall after a working day rather than before dawn. The trade-off is fatigue. A daily loss limit that resets at the firm's server midnight may reset in the early hours of your morning, so read where each firm draws that line and ask yourself whether you are sharp enough at 23:00 to respect it.

Who is out and who is in

11 firms on our list restrict Bangladesh, among them FundedNext, Apex Trader Funding and Bulenox. Because some well-known names sit in that group, do not assume that a brand you have seen advertised will sell to you; check the restriction list before you spend an evening comparing its rules.

Among the firms that do accept you, 50 run forex or CFD challenges, 25 run futures programs and 13 cover crypto. A firm can appear in more than one of those groups. Our ranking for Bangladesh places FundingPips first, The5ers second and Lucid Trading third. Treat that as a shortlist to test against your own style, not a verdict.

Getting money in and out in dollars

Every price here is quoted in US dollars, and that is the cleanest way to compare firms.

For paying the fee, cards are accepted at 74 of the accepting firms, crypto at 69 and e-wallets at 38. As for home-grown rails, no firm here takes a method specific to Bangladesh for the fee. Keeping two of the routes above ready gives you a fallback if one fails at checkout. Have that second route ready before you commit to a specific challenge.

The exit matters as much as the entrance. 61 firms pay out in crypto, 48 use Rise and 37 pay by bank transfer. 47 of the accepting firms offer payouts on a weekly or faster cycle. Match the payout method to an account you already control and have tested with a small amount; discovering a problem when your first profit split is due is the worst time to find it.

Reading the rulebook before the price tag

The cheapest challenge on our list comes from FundedHive at $9, and the medians run $99 for $10K and $349 for $50K. Price per $10K of account size is the fairer comparison, because a small account can look cheap while costing more per dollar of buying power. Also note that about 6% of challenges add an activation fee after you pass, a cost that rarely shows up in the headline price.

Then read the rules that decide whether you pass at all:

  • Drawdown type. 56 accepting firms offer accounts with static drawdown, where the floor never moves. A trailing drawdown follows your peak equity and can tighten fast after a winning evening.
  • Daily loss limit. It resets every day, and only about 9% of challenges go without one.
  • Consistency rules. Some firms cap how much of your profit can come from a single day, which punishes one lucky news spike.
  • Tools and timing. 54 firms allow expert advisors and 70 allow trading around news, which matters when US data lands in your late evening.

If you would rather skip the evaluation entirely, 52 firms sell instant funding. It usually costs more, but there is no test phase. Futures traders should also know that about 27% of futures challenges bill monthly, so a slow evaluation keeps charging you.

Platform choice is the last filter. The most common among firms open to you are MT5 (44 firms), Match Trader (26 firms) and cTrader (24 firms). If you already know one of them well, start there rather than learning a new interface while under evaluation.

Two things to keep in mind

A prop challenge is a simulated evaluation. You trade virtual capital, and the payouts you earn are paid under the firm's own contract, not from a brokerage account in your name. And how that income is taxed depends on Bangladeshi rules and your own situation; we are not tax advisers, so speak to a qualified professional before your first withdrawal.

Regulators and tax in Bangladesh

The official position in Bangladesh, source by source. Keep in mind that these rules mostly cover brokers, and a prop firm challenge is a paid evaluation rather than a brokerage account.

Regulators
Bangladesh Bank (BB)
Retail forex and CFDs
Under the Foreign Exchange Regulation Act 1947, no one but an authorised dealer may buy or sell foreign exchange in Bangladesh without Bangladesh Bank's permission. Breaches carry up to seven years in prison. Bangladesh Bank has called unauthorised online forex trading illegal (The Daily Star, January 15, 2012). Bangladesh Bank FE Circular No. 24 (September 15, 2022) adds that transactions to obtain virtual assets such as crypto are not permitted under the same Act.
