What Happened to FundingTicks?
FundingTicks is closed down as of Jan 2026, after launching in Mar 2025. FundingTicks was the futures prop brand of FundingPips, launched on 7 March 2025. It ran on TradingView and NinjaTrader and added Tradovate weeks after launch. In December 2025 it brought in stricter trade holds, higher profit requirements and lower profit splits, which drew a backlash from traders. Its Trustpilot score fell from 4.1 in October 2025 to 3.2. In January 2026 it announced a wind-down, with support open until 31 January 2026.

Were traders paid?
The wind-down terms promised full refunds on all active evaluation and Master accounts, whatever their profit or drawdown. Master accounts that met their targets were also promised an 80% reward split, others 20%. Profitable live accounts were to get a refund, 90% of realized profit and 20% of the initial balance. Breakeven live accounts were to get a refund plus 20% of the initial balance, losing ones a refund only. The CEO said the firm had paid out more than US$220M in total.
